Our fourth generation law firm was started in 1927 by C. Arthur Yergey and Germaine Yergey, grandparents of David A. Yergey, Jr. Their son, the Honorable D. Arthur Yergey joined the practice in 1957. C. Arthur Yergey and D. Arthur Yergey practiced together until C. Arthur’s death in 1974. David, Jr., joined the practice in 1983 and practiced with his father until D. Arthur’s retirement. David A. Yergey III joined the firm in 2014 and currently serves as junior partner to his father David A. Yergey, Jr. Yergey and Yergey, P.A. has remained at their current location at 211 N. Magnolia Avenue in downtown Orlando since 1974.

While the areas of practice for the firm have changed over the last century, Yergey & Yergey P.A. has found it's niche and spent the last twenty five (25) years focusing on Guardianship, Probate, and Estate Planning, while litigating in each of those areas as well.
